"Illumination Photography is an agency-born commercial studio in Northeast Minneapolis, founded in 2004. The work is built the way marketers actually work, with visuals shaped by positioning rather than just nice pictures. Photographic services came up inside their brand marketing agency, so they get the assignment before the camera comes out," says founder Allen Luke. "Art directors and marketing teams don't have to translate for us. We get it." Krizia is so warm and welcoming! She makes you feel at ease with your personal choice of music playing in the background. She is helpful and allows you to share what you would like your images to look like. She was flexible with our appointment with a last minute change. Her studio is also very fun and inviting. Highly recommend her photography services to meet your needs.

n working with Jeff for the last ten years, I can recommend him with confidence. He is a delight to work with and his planning skills are unmatched. He has the technical capability to get the shot in camera; but also knows how and when to move to Photoshop to stay on time and on budget. He communicates and collaborates well with the collective team and he always brings a unique set of problem solving skills to the table. He is one of my favorite shooters for more complicated product shots like water splashes, beauty and food. He always delivers great results.

Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient, kind and professional working with me (a non-graphic designer) as we shot 30+ container images and then he created composite images of 100+ products. His consistency and attention to detail significantly elevated my finished product images. He communicated every step of the process and I won't hesitate to work with him again in the future.

Jeff is super accommodating, incredibly experienced in product photography, and generous with his time and expertise. Very quick turnaround, and it was exactly what we needed. We will be using Cords Photography again.

He took the time to answer all of my questions and added his truly remarkable creative ability to some of my ideas which not only set me at ease but resulted in some excellent photos. His timing is impeccable; his candid photos are some of my most cherished images. He's always on time , highly professional, yet friendly and approachable -he's also a great conversationalist and fun to work with. Alan will always be my first choice when seeking a photographer.

I have worked with Allen several times, and his work is simply amazing! We've collaborated on yoga videos and photoshoots, and he consistently captures the most beautiful and authentic moments. Not only is it so much fun working with him, but he’s also incredibly professional and attentive to detail. Highly recommend Allen for any photography or videography needs.
