Dr. McGhee and his staff are great! I didn’t have a wait at all other than filling out the paperwork work that the office staff explained to me before my appointment would take about 45 minutes to fill out so be early. The waiting room was clean and the office staff were perfectly friendly. I’ve seen a few psychiatrists before and none of them took the time to talk to me but asked me maybe three questions then prescribed me meds. I sat and talked with Dr. McGhee for at least an hour! He really took the time to get a firm grasp on my mental health. While Dr. McGhee is a religious man I never once felt like he was trying to cram his personal beliefs down my throat. I would recommend him to anyone.

He knows his stuff. Very friendly and very honest. I have anxiety and he took it very seriously but also made me laugh! His medication plan is minimal and straight to the point. Love this Doctor.

I have been in therapy with several different psychiatrist....this man has brought me further in my mental health than the Dr.s in 30 years! Great Dr.

I have never gone to any sort of psychiatrist or behavioral health specialist before and was incredibly intimidated by what to do, or even how to start. From the first time I walked through the doors of Novus, I felt welcomed and felt like they genuinely cared. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly, my provider shows a genuine desire to want to help and it makes me feel valid. I’ve been coming here for about 5 months now and the difference it has made in my every day life has been substantial, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Novus. Seriously, these folks are great.
