I went here for serve arthritis pain in my shoulders. Dr. Bethi explained options for my pain in detail. I have been to different places since being diagnosed with severe arthritis in both shoulders in 2018. This Doctor is highly experienced in her field along with her staff. That's something I noticed about them right off. I just don't understand the negative reviews. Those people need to have their head examined. Take it from me don't pay attention to those negative reviews. Go see this Doctor for yourself and make your own decision. if you want to minimize your pain or have it stop all together. I will definitely be going back to this doctor in the future. I'm a local Middle Tennessee residential contractor for the last 35+ years.

I have gone to Doctor Bethi for a few years now, starting with shots and currently receiving RFA treatments. The staff is always polite and helpful, my visits are always quick and when I have questions, I always recive an answer. I am also a person who does not want to be put on addicting medications and I have nothing but support from this clinic.

Excellent Doctor. I currently receive RFA and injections. She actually treats the pain and discomfort. If you're looking for a pill dispensary, you won't find it at her office.

The Doctors always take care of me. The women in the office have always been helpful and understanding. I love this clinic because they know the patients are in pain due to different conditions and treat us like humans and not cattle.

The doctor listens to your concerns and acts accordingly. And the wait time and visit is minimal time. No long waiting. Gregg is the best, respectful and courteous. Clarksville office is great.

Awesome staff and top-notch customer service. Great Doctor, PA's and Nurses, they're doing an excellent job with my pain management. Thanks for all that you do.

This is for the Clarksville clinic. I was very hesitant after reading previous reviews to go here. However, I found my experience was very good. The reception lady was nice and my nurse Renae was great! Dr. Miller was very nice and listened to any and all of my concerns. He is a very supportive doctor who really wants to help you! I will be returning here for future visits! Update: Had my second visit today everyone was very pleasant again from reception to my nurses Renae and Medora. Once again Dr. Miller was great at explaining what I was having done and talked about what to expect at my next appointment.

I appreciate the care of the medical staff. Dr. Miller and Dusty seem to genuinely care about the 'quality of life' you are pursuing and want to help you achieve your goals . They are providing excellent care during this time of transition while I am trying to figure out what my new normal is in realizing realistic results for my condition.

Dr Miller has been able to secure me some relief. His nurse and assistant and everyone else have been wonderful as well.
