Dr. Townsend is absolutely amazing at listening, analyzing the information and recommending reasonable solutions. As someone who doesn’t like to just jump to medications I appreciate that he honors that but also recognizes when, like it or not, that might be the best option at least in the moment. I also am very excited about the knee addition of Rachel at the front desk. She is kind, professional and stays on top of everything. Responds Within the stated timeframes to expect and is quick to trouble shoot any struggles that may arise especially pertaining to pharmacy communication. With her on board I have nothing but good things to say about Dr T and his psychiatry practice.

Absolutely the best Psychiatrist I have ever talked with. You feel he really listens and wants to help you. I was never able to be TOTALLY honest about my mental health before. I felt comfortable enough to fill him in on all of it. I feel confident he will help me deal with my ADD, OCD, Anxiety and depression. If you need help ...make the appointment Dr. Townsend-Parchman will help you. He talked with me for 2 hrs 10 mins.! Felt like 30 mins.

He is so knowledgeable doc i went to his office for one hour but he stayed two hours with me . He s so nice and knows alot he discussed everything going on with me i recommend him to everybody.
