Dr. Howard is an excellent Psychiatrist! The whole office is warm and inviting. Sitting in Dr. Howard's private office for an appointment is more like a fireside chat with your wise and most trusted mentor. His Administration Assistant Nick is very nice and helpful. Dr. Howard is very difficult to get into see, but he's worth the wait. I would suggest getting on the waiting list if he has one.

He saved my life. I’ve had many psychiatrist. He’s the best. He hugged me when I had nobody and was suicidal and was almost crying.

Exceptional. Best mental health experience I have had and an exceptional caring, research based provider.

I have been seeing Dr. Sands for over five years. He has literally changed my life. I use to be impatient unhappy and inconsiderate to others and now I feel (objectively) fulfilled, happy and grounded. Dr. sands truly listens to what you are saying . He never leads you to any specific outcome. Instead he thoughtfully and patiently listens to you and applies his knowledge to helping u create an ideal outcome. Julie, his assistant is a kind, considerate doll as well.

Dr. Sands is the most perceptive and understanding psychiatrist I know! I leave each visit with much to consider and a better understanding of myself and outside situations affecting my life. He is the best.
