As a medical provider myself, I always try to minimize my issues when I go to the doctor. I try to "fix" problems holistically, doing research and trying everything I can before I go in to see my PCP. I know how exhausting it is to have patients all day with so many complications, family situations and emotional distresses. When I do down play my mild humors, "like it's not a big deal", Dr. Yan asks me questions about them. He seems sincere and wants me to expand on what I'm feeling. Which makes me feel like its actually okay to expand on my concerns. He's curious, informed but humble. He seems to want to understand what I'm going through. I have only had wonderful care with him, I highly recommend him as PCP that sees the whole person instead of 15 minute timeslot.

Dr. Yan is very professional and he is always concerned about my well being.

Dr. Yan is by far the best doctor I came across yet.The best Doctor. Wouldn’t see anyone else period.

Dr. Iversen is the first physician who has ever really taken the time to fully listen to me. I have been his patient for two years now and he has addressed every health issue I've had and never made me feel uncomfortable. A good doctor is sometimes late because he's taking the time to listen and not rush the patient before you. That makes the occasional lateness worth it to me because I know I will get the same attentiveness. He might be quiet and seem like he's not listening but that has never been the case with me.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Iversen for several years. He has compassion and listens to our concerns. He is always busy so you might have to wait. I believe it's because of his thoroughness to ensure that he covers everything. Individuals should limit your issues. Trying to cover many medical issues a one time only creates more of a wait time for other waiting to see him. We enjoy seeing him and Anissa, his Medical Assistant.

Dr. Iversen is a caring and thorough physician. He listened to me and was able to prescribe the right medication within the first few visits without having to try a bunch of different types of drugs. He doesn't just try to mask the symptoms, he pays attention to the root of the problem and then treats the whole person. He helped me through a difficult time. I trust his care.

Update review years later. Dr. Louie and staff are still amazing. They have been helping my mom with all her care. They are very dedicated in patient care. I cannot recommend him and his staff enough. Dr. Louie and staff are great. With my moms serious health issues they are on top of it and work with her insurance company to make sure things are up to-date and her speciality drs have all the info they need. Yes the offices are out dated style wise but the care is top notch and up to date as any modern clinic.

Ì have only been seen by Dr. Louie twice so I do not have alot of knowledge to make an informed review. However, my initial impression is favorable. He does not seem to be rushed and he is empathetic towards his patients. He is very knowledgeable and I felt at ease with him.

Was our family doctor for over 20 years Great family doctor, we still miss him since we moved to cottage Grove Oregon.
