My first experience with Allen Psychiatry was absolutely amazing. I was incredibly nervous and they were able to explain everything to me so that I was comfortable. Every staff member who helped me during my treatment was very knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful. The treatment rooms are so calming and comfortable. Can't say enough great things! If you're apprehensive, it's okay because I was too. Conquer that nervousness and go to your appointment!!! It will help beyond words.

Two treatments in and the entire process has been seamless. From insurance verification to speed getting started, and complete professionalism from all staff. Great experience so far!

We just had an initial phone consultation with Dr. Falkstein about our son. We had shared some previous testing with him that we'd had done, and discussed our kiddo's current course of action with his ARD team at school. Dr. Falkstein was very honest and fair in his approach with helping us make a plan. It’s clear that his experience in the school system is a great benefit to his ability to help children. It is clear he will not recommend unnecessary testing, but will test what is needed. I'm so glad we got his information from our pediatrician.

We had evaluation through Dr. Falkstein office and had a great experience. Dr Falkstein is very knowledgeable and caring professional who did a very thorough evaluation of my 7yo son. I especially appreciate how clearly the doctor explained all the steps along the way, results and recommendations in simple language to me. I would definitely recommend him and his office.

He was amazing with my 4 year old. I got a previous diagnosis that just didn’t seem right and Dr. Falkstein did a very detailed assessment to give me an accurate diagnosis. I am very happy after seeing him. He is worth every penny I spent and I have absolutely no regrets!

What I appreciated most was his openness to the more nuanced ways certain traits and experiences can show up. He took the time to really listen and made the whole process feel respectful and validating. His communication before the appointment was great as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and thoughtful evaluation.

Dr. Gonzalez made psychological testing a very comfortable experience. Not only was he very communicative prior to the appointment, but he was also incredibly friendly, empathetic, and listened to my concerns intently. I felt that he assessed me as a whole human being with complex experiences and not just a list of symptoms. It was healing to feel like I was being seen for once. I would recommend him to anyone who wants more insight into their diagnoses.

Dr. Gonzalez helped my daughter Nola so much! She was really nervous going in, but felt immediately comfortable once she met him. He was very professional and responded quickly to us and my daughters teachers. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
