I have been treated by Dr. Martinez for a few years at this point, and she has become an essential part of my self care and general health. I started out attending weekly sessions, and am now down to monthly visits, with added sessions, when she notices I need it. I look forward to every appointment with her, and I always feel lighter, happier, and more connected to myself and the world around me when my time with her ends. I could NOT recommend Dr. Martinez more.

Dr. Martinez has been an extremely helpful, ethical, and professional psychologist. She truly listens and expresses empathy. All forms that I have needed have been completed with kindness and understanding. I recommend her to anyone that needs mental health support.

Working with Dr Hernandez for sometime now. She is always available and extremely kind. Her guidance is very appreciated by my family. Getting help when it comes to mental health is not easy and with her we are moving forward and already seeing results.

Dr.Gibbs has been my therapist for a few years now. He has assisted with my PTSD personal and professional(RN), abuse history, BI-Polar disorder and Family and Marital. I have become so much more self aware and have matured emotionally. I enjoy having someone who is unbiased and is an amazing sounding board. Dr. Gibbs is an outstanding Psychologist. In 3 sessions I was able to overcome stigmas and cognitive behavior patterns that have troubled me since childhood. I am a spiritual person and have always had a close relationship with God, prayer and meditation was a big help, but I needed to understand why I could not control my emotions. I am now feeling empowered to take control of my own happiness and confront situations that were a problem in the past. I am able to deal with anger, insult, injustices and indignation in an assertive manner. I would highly recommend him for your mental health needs.
