Donald B. Dufford, Ph.D - ANXIETY TREATMENT SERVICES

Dr Dufford is one of the best therapists out there. He makes time for you and is super supportive! I have been seeing him for a long time off and on through my life. He instills in his practice a sense of calm and you will feel heard by him. He offers insight and guidance as needed. Have to admit that he has been present for some of my darkest times and I am grateful for his help and support. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. He is that guy who steps up to the plate...one of the good ones!

Dr Dufford at the Anxiety Treatment Service Center is absolutely amazing. I went to him believing that I could not live life with out panic or anxiety. Since seeing Dr. Dufford he has shown me that I have complete control over my panic and I am the one who can decided if I want it or not. Overcoming anxiety and panic does take some time and effort but with Dr. Duffords unique treatments, advice and common sense talks it is a realistic and obtainable goal.

I approached Dr Donald when I was going through hard time, and he was one of the very few that actually listened to my concerns so I decided to give his Anxiety Treamtment Services a shot. Dr Donald refered me to his trainee Van. Van has helped me overcome what I was facing and I have learned techniques from her that enable me to face life challenges myself. Highly recommend!
