Dr. Robert Puff, Ph.D.

I've been listening to the Happiness podcast for almost a year now and it has helped me immensely dealing with the past year and a half. During that time my dear mother, who I cared for for the last year of her life, passed away. Six months later my husband and best friend passed unexpectedly, then my son-in-law nine months later. I moved across the country to support my daughter and grandchildren. Feeling nothing but loss and detachment, my only solace has been listening to the Happiness Podcast which has kept me centered and given me hope and direction. The beautiful music and his calm voice have been the only thing that hasn't changed while the world around me keeps changing and crumbling down. I thank Dr. Puff from the bottom of my heart for helping me keep my head above the water. I'm forever grateful for the beautiful service he provides free of charge.
