SOUTH LAKES PARK REVIEWS
Beautiful and clean park! Ran on some paved trails today and it was spacious and scenic. Appreciated the markers on the ground to track mileage! Played some basketball here and they have multiple great courts. There’s an adventure playground for kids that looks so fun haha. Wish I did it.
Nice big play area for kids of all ages. It also has lawn tennis courts, basketball court, walking trail, picnic tables, a small lake and also public restrooms. Decent sized parking area and an EV charging station as well.
This is my favorite park in all of Denton hands down! They have 4 tennis courts, a small area to go on a hike walk, and a small lake to fish in!

QUAKERTOWN PARK REVIEWS
This park is beautiful! I discovered this place while trying to find a good location for me and my little boys to eat our pizza. I was so delighted to find this amazing park! My boys loved how many squirrels there are everywhere for them to chase after and see. The trail that leads all through the grounds is very well maintained and has lots of great spots to see the little stream and see nature.
This has always been a nice park. There are walking paths and shade. A pool and library are adjacent to the park.
Great park for my son. Very clean. Lots of open land. Can't wait to picnic this summer.

MCKENNA PARK REVIEWS
Really nice park. Clean and beautiful. My girlfriend and I often have picnics here. Very nice shade trees all around. One time we found a squirrel and we fed him peanuts. What a nice day that was. The sun was shining, not too hot, not too cold. A gentle breeze blew past as she laid there, dreaming.
This is a fantastic activity oriented park. Riding your bike, skateboard, walking, jogging, it is a great environment. I don't think this is a park for one to just sit and ruminate but I guess you could. Great for taking your dog from what I can tell. I've ran into many a dog owner here.
Really peaceful place to take a jog at if you need to clear your mind. Has magnificent sunsets.
