TOP 3 WHITE RIVER STATE PARK REVIEWS
Beautiful, well-maintained and a quiet park across the White River canal. Vast green grass ground gives the feel of smooth woollen blanket on the earth, giving a soothing experience when one walks on bare foot. People come in group or as couple or alone but every one enjoys spending leisure time with nature surrounded by great buildings of JW Marriott and others. Friendly footpath, resting spots need special mention. Memorable time guaranteed.
This was a beautiful park! Very well maintained, unique art sculptures throughout and a canal walk, all of which completely made you forget that you were in the middle of downtown city. I would say it's even more beautiful at night with all the lights perfectly accenting the landscape and canal. A must visit for the day if ever in Indianapolis. Although not sure about parking because we walked from the hotel that overlooked the park.
We had a lot of fun watching the solar eclipse in the park! Friendly crowd and a great atmosphere! I just regret that we didn’t have more time to see Indianapolis.

TOP 3 GARFIELD PARK REVIEWS
Great park for a lovely stroll through very well kept grounds. The Sunken Gardens are a perfect place for enjoying the weather, beautiful landscaping, or even bringing a picnic lunch. Outside of the gardens, there are nice walking parks that go throughout the park. And while you are there, make sure to check out the conservatory as well ($2/person, currently requires getting tickets in advance). It offers amazing diversity of flowers, plants, and trees and is well worth the price of admission.
Garfield park is always a nice place to visit. Great place for dog walking and pleasure walking ( preferably with someone). It is kept up and clean. Playground for the kids and a public fenced in pool.
Beautiful, big park, lots of trails for walking. Plenty of shade trees, an amphitheatre, pavilion, a conservatory, gardens and much more. We enjoyed our walk this morning.

TOP 3 BROAD RIPPLE PARK REVIEWS
A great deal of planning, community input, and dedicated effort have clearly been poured into this park. Far more than a static green space, Broad Ripple Park is a public treasure trove of outdoor (and indoor) recreation. Although some of the amenities require sign in rotas or membership to make use of them, these restrictions are obviously there to protect these phenomenal resources and ensure they continue to benefit the local community for many years to come. In my brief time visiting the park, I found many great ideas, implemented well, which I would desperately love to bring to my own hometown. If you find yourself with a free afternoon, you would be well served to see this park for yourself.
Always been there from my childhood when my Mother took me and my siblings to play to now. It is still clean, safe, family friendly. Beautiful huge trees, vista views of the river. You won't be disappointed!
Fairly nice sized park, plenty of picnic tables and benches, family swimming pool, boat launch and a dog park. Something for everyone, great location to check out the white river.
