"Garfield Park is a 128-acre park that provides a variety of recreational, educational, and natural experiences for visitors of all ages. The 10,000-square-foot Sunken Gardens and Conservatory are located in the eastern portion of the park. It also features a gym, an open-air auditorium, free parking, sledding hills, and more than 10 acres of outdoor gardens. Other amenities include the Garfield Arts Center, Garfield Aquatic Center, Burrello Family Center, and the MacAllister Center for the Performing Arts. The park also includes green space, picnic areas, and play areas for children. Garfield Park is considered the finest park in the area.
