One of the best decisions I ever made was hiring Detail & Design to handle our global customer events. What started as a one-off contract, turned into 17 years of incredible, memorable, world-class experiences that leave people talking for days. Year after year, Gene and his team ideate a vision that's on brand, in budget, fresh, and creative. Gene has become family - he knows exactly what our customers and executives will want and delivers results. He's professional, punctual and is hands down the best in the business. I trust Gene and his team implicitly . So much so that they designed and planned my wedding. Two years later and people are still talking about it being the best wedding (some said the best event) they've ever attended.

Detail and Design are an incredible team. From corporate to weddings and beyond they can handle any event. I have been fortunate to work with several of their team through the years and it has always been a joy to photograph their work. They go above and beyond for their clients. From their unique design to the highest level of care and attention, they make sure their clients events have a special wow factor as well.

Gene Huddleson and his team have been leading the events industry in Indianapolis now for over a decade PLUS! Their eye and taste for event design screams that beautiful LA & NYC vibe! They always seem to be ahead of the curve on industry trends and trust the vendors they utilize in installing just that! Gene has given our company nearly complete freedom and trusted our vision on each install (it took over 5+ years to earn that trust)! NBE EVENT GROUP REVIEWS

Nate and his team at NBE Event Group were wonderful to work with for our wedding! Loved that they were a one-stop-shop for DJ, lighting, AND pipe & drape. An added perk was that NBE is very familiar with working at our venue, The Conrad and Artsgarden (downtown Indy), which made our lives so much easier because they knew all the ins-and-outs of the venue. Nate even helped me surprise my wife by setting up 2 disco balls for the reception space (Artsgarden). They made our ceremony space (the Conrad) look absolutely beautiful by bringing in all kinds of up-lighting, and the lighting colors they chose paired perfectly with our color pallet. DJ Lockstar was absolute fire!!! We only gave him two real instructions regarding music.... "1. No Drake 2. No cliche wedding songs". He read the dance floor vibe, and kept the party going all night long without ever missing a beat. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed using NBE Event Group's GLAM Booth for my birthday party. I hosted an open-house style birthday party with 100+ guests, and the GLAM Booth was a hit! Nate was fantastic to coordinate with prior with the quote, contract, and payment. Evan was on site during the event to assist. NBE Event Group was timely, organized, and helpful. My guests at the party enjoyed having the photos to remember, and they all raved about the specific filter! The black & white look is a HIT!

Of all the decisions we made about how to make our wedding exactly what he hoped, working with Nate and NBE was by far one of the BEST! He answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly, arrived for all appointments promptly, and blew us away with how perfectly he nailed our vision. If you're even thinking about working with NBE, just do it already. You'll be so glad you did.

She will make your entire wedding weekend run seamlessly so you can fully enjoy your day without worrying about anything falling through the cracks. We love you, Annie, and are so grateful for everything you did for us throughout our wedding journey. You consistently went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Annie was absolutely wonderful to work with! Her team made sure our day (and the days leading up to it) went off without a hitch. Her attention to detail, calmness, and organization cannot be matched. If you are trying to decide whether or not to use a coordinator service; use one, and use Annie.

Working with Annie was an absolute dream!! Her attention to detail is unmatched and she is the most thoughtful, caring person. I truly felt like we became friends through the planning process and I looked forward to every meeting. Our wedding day was seamless and it was all due to her wonderful skills.
