Kevin is a true treasure. First off, he is delightful! Beyond that, he really knows his stuff when it comes to houses and the process. He educated us on the the things to look out for, and once we chose our house, got us a sweet deal (actually better than what I had said I would accept), and helped us connect with a contractor to do the updates we wanted. He even brought us strawberries from his garden. If you are wanting an instagram sensation, Kevin is not your guy, if you want someone who with guide and advise you every step of the way, hire Kevin, done deal.
