He took some of my frustration with the closing company and title insurance (seller typically pays in Washington and I was not aware of that as I am from Kentucky and it is the opposite there) and never got upset. Moving from out of state was daunting and Scott was there to help us with every facet along the way being our proxy with all inspections, contractors and work performed even after closing.
