I am beyond Grateful for Kevin & Shawn they have been amazing- from the assistance with the purchase of our home from across the country. To the sell of our home during retirement. Above and beyond is not even enough of a measure for the level of customer service they have to offer. As a military family we could not have done this without them. They are the most knowledgeable team of realtors I’ve ever worked with and I could never thank them enough.

My family PCS’d from Alaska to North Carolina in November 2023. We had limited time to secure a new home, and we had no choice but to pursue the home-buying process virtually. Kevin and Shawn Grullon had excellent reviews online and mentioned that they specialized in military relocation. We figured it would be a perfect match, and it really was. From the initial contact to close, the Grullon team has been very responsive and exceptionally helpful every step of the way. While looking for homes and providing us with video walk-throughs, they did a fantastic job being our eyes and ears since we could not be there in person. In the end, they found us a great home in an excellent location. Even while Kevin and Shawn were on a much-needed vacation out of the country, they were still communicating with us regularly and even providing last-minute documentation to our lender. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. Kevin and Shawn made us feel like our needs were important, and their sense of urgency was much appreciated. We would recommend the Grullon team to anyone moving to the Fayetteville area.

Do not go to someone else! You want to buy or sell a home these are your people. I have bought and sold 5 homes and dealt with a lot of different realtors I know when I have a great one. Help me find a house as I traveled across the country and sold my home outside the normal military move cycle in a week. They know what they are doing and get it done. You just have to listen and follow their advice.
