I can say only nice things about my experience with this firm. I had a consultation with William Hooy, and even though we decided not to move forward with services, the initial consultation went well. William was thorough, gave ample time, and asked the right questions. I had consulted with another lawyer who really stuck to their time constraint and were very cut and dry about the process, and they made me feel rushed because I had a limited window for the consultation. William was the opposite - he was personable and really took the time to understand the situation.

I found Hooy & Hooy PLC on the Concord Chamber of Commerce directory. I am a member myself and prefer to work with other Chamber members. I had been looking to resolve a real estate issue that I had already received a lot of counsel on. Upon calling Hooy and Hooy PLC they immediately gave me guidance and professional representation that ultimately resulted in a resolution. They were always quick to respond to my inquiries and patient to answer all of my lengthy questions. Hooy & Hooy PLC helped me when I couldn't help myself. Thank you.

Our HOA Board of Directors hired Robert and William to help us resolve a contract issue with our HOA management company. They did a FANTASTIC job and ultimately persuaded our management company to waive the erroneous fees they were planning to charge us. I called to inquire about engaging the services of JWLG today regarding adding a spouse to a title, and was able to speak with Jon directly! He was super nice, and provided me with some great information as just a really nice gesture. He even advised some cheaper options we might want to go with. Through the leads he gave me, we actually decided to go a more cost-effective route. But, this practice has generated a lot of goodwill in case we have future needs in the areas they specialize in (or come across logical referral opportunities). Thank you Jon (and team... the person I first spoke to was great too).

Integrity is the best word to describe Jon Webster. It's difficult to describe his level of professionalism without going into the details of the case but he and his office deserve an incredible review. The outcome could have been much different. The possibility of Jon Webster being able to make far more out of the case was extremely high but he instead steered me toward the option of settling while I was ahead so that I may put it all behind me. My family and I are happy and relieved it's all behind us. You're the best.
