2026 Update: Trev E. Peterson earned a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska. He is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America, was recognized in 2007 as a Super Lawyer of the Great Plains, and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute as well as the American, Nebraska, and Lincoln bar associations. He has served as president, vice president, and secretary of the Bank Attorneys Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association and has also held the positions of president and vice president of the Bankruptcy Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association."
