I very rarely leave reviews but had such a great experience with Ethan that I am now enthusiastically doing so. I needed help with a real estate legal problem I had with a neighbor. Ethan took the time to thoroughly review the various issues and understand what I was trying to accomplish. When we met and hashed it all out, he reassured me that I did have an excellent legal avenue of redress and while I was tempted to just pursue that, he took the time and ethical position that I was better served by dealing with the neighbor directly first. He then gave me excellent advice on how to handle that discussion. While he could easily have taken the lawsuit approach and earned substantial fees, instead he recommended a path to achieve the best outcome for me, which in fact was the result. By doing so, I was able to save a ton of money, time and frustration, and actually repair the relationship with the neighbor. I am very grateful to him for his wisdom, professionalism and interest in serving the clients best needs, not his own. Even though we didn't have to go to court, his fee was the best investment I could have made. I cannot recommend Ethan more highly if what you want is an honest and ethical, smart and tough attorney for a real estate issue.
