My Wife and I had a perfect experience during the purchase of our home in Savannah with Jeff Rubnitz and the entire team at Rubnitz Thompson Ziblut. As soon as our offer was locked in, they reached out to us to go over the process. They explained everything very clearly and responded very quicky with answers to any questions that we had. We spoke on the phone several times and they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. We were not able to be at our closing in person, so they coordinated a remote signing and tracked the process in great detail to assure that there were no issues with the final closing. We would highly recommend using Rubnitz Thompson Ziblut for the sale or purchase of your home. Great people to work with.
