Charles Seaton Herman has committed to protecting the rights of his clients. He grew up in Ohio and joined the army after graduating from high school in 1993. Since working for four years, Charles had honorably discharged in 1998. He then attended Virginia Tech undergraduate college and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Planning. He moved back to Ohio in 2002 and began law school at the University of Toledo, College of Law, where he graduated in 2005, graduating with a Certificate in Environmental Law. He qualified to practice law in Ohio and Georgia State Courts, the Federal Courts of the Northern District of Ohio, the Southern District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Catherine M. Bowman received her B.A. from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Economics, and went immediately to the University of Georgia, where she received her Juris Doctorate. Catherine later also began to practice employment law, initially as a lawyer for the Employee, and then extended her practice to include working on behalf of the Employer. In 2012, Bowman was named one of the two "Best Lawyers" of the Savannah Magazine.
