I sold a home FSBO using Kotseas LaPointe as my seller's attorney. Linda Benson was our point person. They were recommended to me by our MLS Facilitator, Derek Greene. Linda worked flawlessly with me, our buyers attorney, and buyer's agent to smoothly execute this sale. Since this was a FSBO, I also hired Linda to review our offers, which was well worth the small extra charge. She was a real estate agent in the past, so she knew just what to look for. Linda was always available, prompt, professional, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Kotseas LaPointe and Linda Benson, especially if you are selling a home on your own without a seller's agent.
