Cory is a brilliant architect to work with. He listens, is collaborative, and brings fantastic ideas to the table all while being mindful of budget. After finishing the design phase of our project, we hired him to be our Project Manager for the construction phase and were delighted with his communication, pace of the work and final outcome. His trusted team of trade professionals efficiently executed his plans. Our project progressed quickly, without delay and within budget, under Cory’s leadership. We’ve used him on two smaller projects since our large remodel and wouldn’t think of having anyone else implement changes to our home.

Working with Cory Smith Architecture, on our home rehab, was great from beginning to end. We could not be more pleased with the entire process and the final product. Cory is creative and detailed and holds everyone who works for him to the highest standards. Because of his excellent project management skills, our home was completed on time and on budget.
