Amazing! Let me start with saying thank you to Anthony @ Smart Mortgage! At first we were a little skeptical on working with Anthony a.k.a Tony since we were not even in the same state, but I would say it was the best decision we made! He was not the first Home Mortgage Loan officer we were working with, but he went out of his way to prove to us that he was the correct choice. One of our options did not even care to help me find the program for first time home buyers! She told me I had to do the research on my own because she didn't have many connections to that type of help! Well, that is the funny story to how I came upon Tony @ Smart Mortgage not only did he call me right away, but was always attentive to my calls, emails, or messages. He went through the process step by step before sending any type of information. Once I received paper work he also made it clear to me what I was signing and what each part was explaining in detail. He answered all my questions and helped us get the best offer that was possible. Our process was tricky due to the special situation I had personally, but he never gave up and kept me posted about any changes that had to be made.
