We reached out to Cory Smith in 2012… at the recommendation of many neighborhood friends and families that had worked with Cory and/or Aspen Creek, we were convinced Cory was the right partner for our home renovation. As it turns out, Cory exceeded the lofty expectations we had going into the project. From the beginning, Cory patiently listened to our ideas and brilliantly incorporated our vision into his plans. Having never gone through the building process, we had many suggestions that were channeled into an efficient design proposal. His communication through the process was impeccable and regularly offered ideas to help us prioritize cost/value decisions. His presence on site each day was appreciated. From demolition through the end of construction, we were fascinated with the talented trades Cory associated with. The quality associated with each stage was impressive through the entire project. Cory mentioned in the beginning that we’ll enjoy the “touches” and “finishes” of his work. He delivered completely on his word. Cory’s response often times is that “anything is possible.” In this particular case, our home renovation was made possible through the strong collaboration of ideas, remarkable trade reliability, and the beautifully orchestrated project management by Cory Smith.

Cory is a brilliant architect to work with. He listens, is collaborative, and brings fantastic ideas to the table all while being mindful of budget. After finishing the design phase of our project, we hired him to be our Project Manager for the construction phase and were delighted with his communication, pace of the work and final outcome. His trusted team of trade professionals efficiently executed his plans. Our project progressed quickly, without delay and within budget, under Cory’s leadership. We’ve used him on two smaller projects since our large remodel and wouldn’t think of having anyone else implement changes to our home.

Working with Cory Smith Architecture, on our home rehab, was great from beginning to end. We could not be more pleased with the entire process and the final product. Cory is creative and detailed and holds everyone who works for him to the highest standards. Because of his excellent project management skills, our home was completed on time and on budget. Everyday, I am still delighted by all of the custom touches that Cory recommended making our home uniquely ours.
