We are very pleased with the work FA did for us. We paired with them to rehabilitate an old building in Savannah to modern specifications that are both beautiful and functional. It was a difficult project on many fronts and FA supported us through the byzantine maze of commercial / historic property development issues.

PCI, along with me personally, has a long standing relationship with the group at Felder & Associates. They continue to push the envelope with their design and have a very impressive resume to support it. They are a very responsive group with the right attitude!

We did a major renovation to a 1980's style bungalow on the water. We added a second floor master suite, as well as, a complete renovation of the three original bathrooms and the main living area of the home.
