Kevin is a very honest, detail oriented and friendly person. He understands customer problems and their goals. Suggests better alternatives. Classy gentleman. We consulted with him for an addition, but after looking at his plans we saw sense in his ideas for that project which was the correct way to do it. However we did not have the resources for it, so dropped that idea. That saod I ever need an extension, or new home built, we'd to Kevin in a heartbeat.

We were able to contact Kevin or his staff whenever we had a query and found the entire staff to be competent, respectful, and accommodating. Kevin's thorough knowledge of his profession as well as his life-long experience in construction and architecture gave him a unique perspective from which to compose our construction, redesign of existing areas for removed functionality, and areas needing upgrades only. His experience informed his design process and helped him to anticipate probable expenses that would be incurred in building certain features we were considering. This enabled him to design with out budget in mind and to tell us when our ideas were out line with that budget, allowing us to make batter-informed and more realistic choices. Kevin is a knowledgeable, well-skilled architect, with a keen sense of aesthetic artistry. It was important to us that our home be beautiful to us as well as being functional and well built.
