We highly recommend using RM Designs for any future construction drawings. We had ADU drawings designed at this firm about a year ago and the whole process from drawing to structural engineer to getting the city permit were all done here. I had chose RM designs after interviewing more than 7 firms. What stood out about RM was the knowledge that Robert had in the construction business and what the city wants. It seems that he is constantly educating himself on what city planning wants. He was very helpful in answering any questions we may have in regard to construction. Even though he is already done designing our project, his willingness to answer any questions and help us understand the process of construction had been very helpful. The value of the project is reasonable and their service was beyond what I expected. Thus, I highly recommend this firm in handling any of your future remodeling or builds.

Working with Robert was a great experience and I highly recommend his services. A year ago he helped me fix an elevation problem while adding a second story to a house. More recently, I got stuck on an exterior landscaping project. Unsure if that was in his line of work, I reached out to him again. He responded so quickly with the perfect solution! I was relieved because I was mid-project and the contractor was waiting on my final decision. Robert is very professional, responds quickly, and is super friendly. Now that I know he does all kinds of projects, I will hire him from the very beginning next time. Thank you Robert.

REM Architects did a stellar job in designing the remodel/expansion of the Tunnel Creek Cafe in Incline Village, NV. What was once a small, modest little cafe has transformed into a vibrant, "must try" eating establishment that grabs drive-by attention immediately. Per our contractor (Fortress Construction), the plans were "the most complete architectural set we've ever worked with". Added to that was a very responsive team when questions/unique issues arose during the construction phase. This is the third project that REM Architects has worked on for us, and the previous ones went just as smoothly. WE highly recommend REM Architects to anyone looking for complete, full service quality architectural services.

I had an expensive project go bad. I Called Rem Architects and the Architect that I spoke with, went out of his way to help me. I was not rushed, and he took the time to help me resolve the issue. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service.
