Working with Debbie was a blessing during a very difficult time. Navigating our trust property was a complicated and emotional journey with many challenges along the way. Through it all, Debbie stood by us with unwavering dedication, patience, and professionalism. She wasn’t just our real estate agent—she became our therapist, designer, mediator, project manager, and even a shoulder to cry on when we needed one. Her wisdom and knowledge of the market and connections with other industry professionals like cleaners, painters and movers were invaluable. She somehow managed to align five very different family members to work together toward a shared goal—something that felt impossible at times. We couldn’t be happier with Eddy & Oscar! I’m reminded every time I walk into my beautiful home with my family how hard they worked for us (cause we’re admittedly a hand full lol) Eddy went out of his way to make sure we understood what was happening and explain every step. And more importantly he LISTENED. He listened to our needs and showed us what we wanted. I’m guessing he found us our forever home. Which is bitter sweet because I wish we could buy and sell more homes with them. Thanks Eddy & Oscar. Seriously.

We highly recommend Eddy and Oscar. We had a very complex property to sell at the beach. They were able to handle the hoa, land lease and still get us our asking price on a non conforming condo in a lagging market. They always answered the phone and took care of any issues immediately. They have a team of wonderful escrow and lenders they work with that are also top notch. We are now working with them again on a purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone. They really do all the heavy lifting for you. The ultimate professionals!.
