GARY CRUMP, MD, FACR - RHEUMATOLOGY ASSOCIATES, PLLC REVIEWS
I've been a patient of Dr. Crump for over four years and have no complaints about my experience here. The staff are friendly, I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment, and they tend to run on time. Dr. Crump and his PA take the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions.
I was in severe pain yesterday and Dr Crump and receptionist did what they needed to do to work me in yesterday. Yesterday morning I could barely walk, I came out of the office after treatment walking so much better. I am extremely grateful.
Dr. Crump was very informative, detailed, and down to earth. I really appreciate his services, suggestions, efficiency in communicating with my primary care physicians at the time of service.

TROY K TAKAGISHI, MD - NORTON RHEUMATOLOGY REVIEWS
Dr Troy Takagishi is very prompt, and runs on time, and even though I was running late due to traffic, he didn’t turn me away and took time to complete an assessment and explain things to me. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and informative. Also, all of the staff I had contact with was incredibly helpful and friendly. The office is ran like a well oiled machine! Michelle did and excellent job giving me a flu shot and drawing my labs, she was very gentle and kind. Highly recommend this office!
It’s second time I’ve seen Dr. Troy seem to be very authentic and he takes time to listen and explain. I have 2 autoimmune problems and he seems to understand important aspects of them. I try to educate myself about my autoimmune problems and other doctors don’t seem to be knowledgeable about POTS and Sjögren’s syndrome but Dr. Troy seems to be much more aware of these disorders. It’s nice to be treated by doctor who take personal dedication to understand and treat his patients. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for great and caring rheumatologist in Louisville.
The most thorough and attentive doctor I've ever had. I feel he truly cares about his patients. I've dealt with so many doctors who have a god complex. He does not.
