I don’t usually write reviews but had to after having such an incredible experience working with Lance and Ethos. Lance handled every aspect of our insurance claim which involved roofing, gutters, painting, screens and a complete deck rebuild. The original insurance estimate was extremely low but Lance and team negotiated the claim to where it rightly should have been in the first place. Communication was excellent and work scheduling was streamlined and done to my standards (which are a bit high!).
