From start to finish, One Construction was amazing. They had the most competitive pricing and the best communication out of any of the other companies we had out for an estimate. They made the entire process very easy, and never hesitated to spend as much time as needed to answer any questions throughout the project. They staged their trailer and materials two days before beginning. Come Monday, the crew was tearing off the old roof right at 7am. Inspections passed first time and it only took one more day to put the new roof on. Four days total from the time they began removing the old roof until the new roof was completed. And that's only because two of those days were for two separate inspections. Incredibly fast and efficient work. The team was VERY thorough when it came to cleaning. I lost count how many times I saw them with magnets and buckets picking up as they went. They were respectful of my property as if it was their own. Punctual, professional, and polite. I've already referred two other friends to One Construction. If you're reading these reviews and considering a roof, I can assure you this is the right company to go with.
