ONE CONSTRUCTION & ROOFING CONTRACTORS REVIEWS

From start to finish, One Construction was amazing. They had the most competitive pricing and the best communication out of any of the other companies we had out for an estimate. They made the entire process very easy, and never hesitated to spend as much time as needed to answer any questions throughout the project. They staged their trailer and materials two days before beginning. Come Monday, the crew was tearing off the old roof right at 7am. Inspections passed first time and it only took one more day to put the new roof on. Four days total from the time they began removing the old roof until the new roof was completed. And that's only because two of those days were for two separate inspections. Incredibly fast and efficient work. The team was VERY thorough when it came to cleaning. I lost count how many times I saw them with magnets and buckets picking up as they went. They were respectful of my property as if it was their own. Punctual, professional, and polite. I've already referred two other friends to One Construction. If you're reading these reviews and considering a roof, I can assure you this is the right company to go with.

Chosing One Construction & Roofing is one of the best decision that my wife and I made this year so far. The team is very professional, well equipped and fast. They keep us well informed about each step of the process. They clean up the job site every day making sure that no hazard is left behind. Thank you the team for doing this excellent job. PDK Roofing did a great job on my roof repair and I am a happy customer. Adam, my main contact with PDK, was helpful in presenting some different options during the quoting phase. Adam and team were communicative, and showed up on time and worked hard, with plenty of updates on progress. As well as coming back to do some final touch ups. I have peace of mind that my roof will be leak free for a long time, along with the back up assurance of a warranty they provide. Thanks PDK.

MARZO ROOFING, INC REVIEWS

Marzo started and finished our new Architectural shingle roof, attic ventilation and new sky light as per contract. They carry a large selection of shingle colors and their products are the best available in the industry. They protected our landscaping and screen pool enclosure to protect them from damage.The price for their service was very good. With a bad storm approaching Marzo brought in a total of 12 workers to complete our roof before the storm hit. Such a great beautiful roof, I highly recommend them.

If you want or need the roof of your house they are the best. The budget was reasonable, they process the loan, they use quality materials and the work is done in an orderly manner, making sure everything is in order and clean at the end of the day. Its employees are professionals and always ready to explain the process to you. 100% recommended! Thank you Will and Gary.
