The customer service was really good from the company representative, Amber. She was friendly, professional and patiently worked with us through the insurance appraisal and scheduling process. She stayed in contact and checked on us throughout the process and answered questions we had. The pricing was fair and the crew worked fast and cleaned up the site really well. Our new roof is really nice and made our home look good.

Great customer service. Eli came out when the insurance adjuster was here, which was helpful. I was really impressed at how much they communicated with me the day the roof was being installed. I had to leave when the crew arrived and returned when they were finished. The calls during the day with updates from Natalie were great. They also gave us a great price and were able to come out much sooner then other companies. I would highly recommend them.
