We are blown away by the work from the entire team at Integrity for our total roof replacement. Working with Dillon to help us navigate and advocate for ourselves with our insurance company was a game changer. Today the team came out and did our full roof install. The pre work they did to help protect our property, helping give me a safe space to take the dogs out during the install, and the clean up procedures were all top notch. Johnny and Tyler had great communication throughout the install and answered all questions we had, and the special touches Johnny did for us made my day! I would recommend this team to anyone needing roof repair services without a second thought.

I had one company come out and do a quote but I decided to get a second one just in case. The quotes definitely differed. However, what made the difference for me is Dillon and the gentleman that was with him were punctual, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. They also didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and made sure to let me know what areas I did need to fix eventually in comparison to what was purely cosmetic. They also were open to answering any questions I had. I plan to use them moving forward due to their professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company! We had a chunk of a tree fall onto our roof on Memorial Day weekend. I started calling roofing companies as soon as I got the insurance side handled and Elizabeth showed up and check everything out and gave us her idea of what we should do. We found out all our decking on our roof needed to be replaced but she also said we can always just replace what really needs to be replaced she never pushed for us to get more or buy more. But we asked to have it all replaced. She sat down and talked with us like we were old friends catching up. She had me pick a package I liked and I picked the color of the roof and the gutters. And 3 weeks later I had me a new roof and my gutters. The company was awesome as well so were the roofers and gutter people. My roof and gutters just look amazing. I can not wait to get my shutters replaced and up. 10/10 recommend these people and company and Elizabeth.

From first contact to final walk through and payment, Best Choice Roofing stood by its name. Matt Loxley came out the same day I called and was promptly in contact with my insurance adjuster and company. I really felt like the whole process was hands free. The crew did an excellent job on the removal and replacement of my shingle roof, kept my property clean, and were in and out in one day. All around, I don't know that there is much more that they could've done to impress me, as I was truly blown away with their service. Thank you for everything BCR, definitely going to recommend all my friends go through you for roof replacements when they need them.
