We had gotten a couple of quotes from other businesses, but right away when Justin came out he was matter of fact and gave a fair quote. The crew showed up and went to work immediately. They were so professional! We've had to take down trees in the past and had what we thought were ok experiences, but working with this crew we were thoroughly impressed. The crew put together the swing set that had to be disassembled for the job and cleaned up completely before they left. Our yard looks better than it did before they showed up. We don't have any other trees that would need work, but we'll be recommending Hard Knot Tree Service to everyone we know.

Today Hard Knot Tree service removed a tree from our property. The tree had become hazardous and needed to be removed immediately. I called and spoke with Jenna and she was truly kind and setup with a same day review of the tree. Justin came out and was the upmost professional and his tree knowledge was superior. We discussed what options we had and he provided a quote. He was so kind and made the entire process seamless. Today the Hard Knot Team arrived to remove the tree. The experience was so fascinating to watch and their professional was flawless. I would recommend their team in a heart beat. This crew is unbelievably easy to work with and their prices are fair. I've used them a few times and its always some giant, half rotten tree that's right by the house or a tree that already fell on the house during a storm. Regardless, the job was done as agreed, in a timely manner and most importantly... safely.

I called Tuesday, 5/13 for an estimate. Joey was out of the office but came to our home on 5/14. Our job was small and Joey mentioned it could be up to four weeks, but possibly sooner. On Monday, 5/18 Joey called to come and do the work. Jojo and the entire team was professional, courteous, efficient, and very respectful of our property. When they left you could see no evidence of them even being there. They do have to come back to grind the stump, as their grinder was needed for a larger job. We are extremely pleased and will use Joey and his team of professionals for any other needs. We have already asked for a quote on removing another tree. So very pleased with everything! Cumberland Tree Svc arrived with clean impressive equipment and were in & out in about 5 hours. They took care not to damage my or my neighbors property and cleaned up before they left. The next morning the stump was ground-up and again with a very impressive piece of equipment. The price was fair and the workers were very professional. I cant explain how fantastic the crew was! These guys showed up and was dropping trees within the first 15 minutes of being on site. They were asked to remove 7 trees from my property that was all hanging over my house and when they were done… not a SINGLE limb was left behind for us to pick up. This is the best and safest crew ive ever seen! It’s one thing to be licensed and insured but, it’s another to have the peace of mind that it wont be needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
