We had a roof job inquiry and we called 3 roofers to give us estimates. Richard was the 3rd to quote. His rate wasn't the lowest but he showed up on time and gave us a feeling that his service would be the most reliable and professional. We then made the appointment with Richard. His workers showed up on time and finished thoroughly. Our home is with 2 stories. We wouldn't be able to climb so high to check. They cleaned up and showed us several pictures for the "before" and "after". We also received an invoice with warranty printed clearly on it. We are very pleased with Richard and Federal Building Roofing. We will refer his service to our friends and family.

Richard Griego came out and gave us an estimate for a new roof. We considered it a fair price after obtaining estimates from other companies that were higher and didn't include as much. The workers were here when Richard said they would be and completed the job in the promised time. We were happy with the quality of the work and the way they cleaned up every day at the end of work. Only recommended what was needed to be done. Did not try to up-sell any work. Pulled permits and executed the work on time and on budget. Their cost is very reasonable.
