I needed a new roof for my rental property in Goleta. I live remotely. Adam was fantastic to work with. He coordinated everything with my tenants and kept me informed with pictures and videos. Adam also took care of dealing with the city permits and inspections. From the pictures it looks like it is a beautiful roof and I feel very confident that if there are any issues down the road Nema roofing will be very responsive.

Adam was our last bid and he defiantly stood out as the most professional , he told us we needed to be done .We decided to do the asphalt shingle roof replacement and we are very happy with the results. Adam got bak to us after 20 minutes of calling in, we were very impressed. The other roofing contractors took on average 24 to 72hrs to reply. We knew that if Adam could get back to us this quick we would have an enjoyable experience. The roof repairs look great, shingles match, colors match. There is no warranty on his repair work that we were bait disappointed in but he made this all clear to us in the beginning.
