On a Friday I sent out three quote requests to three different roofing companies. None of them replied. The following Monday I sent out the requests again to the same three companies. I still have not heard anything from them. On Tuesday I emailed Texas State Roofing Company and they called me back in about an hour or two. We quickly scheduled an appointment for a quote and inspection and their guy was here that Thursday on time! I'm hoping we can do business together. None the less, I would highly recommend TSRC for their promptness and professionalism.
Sully Foster made a fantastic sales presentation, which in our minds placed Texas State Roofing far above any other bids which we received, regardless of price differece. Scheduling was immediate and was customized to fit our needs. The work crew was very polite and conciderate of our being present during their activities. The quality of work performed exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Texas State Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof or roof reqairs.
