I saw this roofing company listed on Yelp and decided to make an appointment because I was blown off by to other companies. The customer service was very good, they gave me an appointment which was about 3 weeks before it because of all the rain. I received multiple email reminders from them and they were on time for the appraisal. I was told that I have broken tiles and the paper under the tiles had to be replaced. I was sent an estimate which was very reasonable and booked the appointment. The roofers were early and they did a fantastic job, I highly recommend the company.

TWM Roofing was referred to me by a neighbor, and after I looked at their reviews, we decided to get a bid. We got quotes from a couple of other companies as well; and although they were not the lowest bid, my son thought TWM’s contract was the most thorough so we chose them for our tile roof lift and lay. Rob, in the office, and our crew boss, Lino, answered all of my questions before and during the process. I want to give a thumbs up to all of the crew but especially Gabriel, Usain and Alejandro. TWM personnel were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and made our experience a very positive one. I would recommend TWM Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or repairs. They truly are excellent at what they do!
