My family and visited the Mesquite Red Lobster for dinner and had excellent service. Ryan greeted us upon arrival and took great care of us. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a restaurant in a while. Glad to know there are still good servers. Thanks Ryan, we will be back.

I have not been to the Mesquite location in a long time and the service and food was wonderful. It was hot and fresh and the waitress named Lucero did an excellent job! She was very nice and attentive can’t praise her enough! Just superb! Thank you for an excellent dining experience.

So before I talk about the food, i have to talk about Steve, he served us and he was excellent. So nice and attentive. The margaritas were great, ordered twice and also the lobster dish and shrimp and lobster pasta. Good food.

I got the crawfish and ACE boil bag mild spice and the kitchen sink season mix was delicious it was totally awesome for our first time ever my husband got a classic cheese burger our waiter Chris B. answered all of our questions he made it a great experience he was awesome very friendly and attentive ???? we ordered Togo it came out fast everything was in the bag gloves bibs that amazing butter and lemons other than the music being a bit too loud it was a great experience and meal me and my family plan on going back.

I had a great experience dining at Shell Shack. From the moment we walked in, our server Chris greeted us warmly and was incredibly polite throughout our visit. When the kitchen made a mistake with our order, Chris handled it quickly and professionally, resolving the issue with no hassle at all. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Overall, the service and food made for an enjoyable dining experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Me and my husband came here on a date night our server was Chris, top tear service he checked on us the perfect amount of times and our food came out hot and fresh! Really nice staff and chill atmosphere.

Miss Sadie was so kind to refund my money and still give me my order because they forgot to work on my ticket but that kind of customer service will keep a customer coming back and that shows good customer service. Good job Sadie. Seafood Shack you have a great manager

Yum Yum! Food was delicious. Top shelf margarita had me napping once I got home. So good. Extensive menu. I will definitely go back to try more of what they have to offer. Oh and the staff were nice as well.

Went there to celebrate my granddaughters birthday and, as always, enjoyed the food. Other than the servers bringing you your food from the kitchen, it's pretty much self-service, and the atmosphere is good.
