1st Alarm

Harrison installed my new system yesterday. He was very helpful, informative and professional. He even played with my dogs, which earned him serious bonus points :) He answered all my questions, but I have no doubt that when (not if) I have others, he will again be helpful. I am impressed by the simplicity of the system and the quality of the cameras. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

1st Alarm installed a security system for us. They did an excellent job. The crew was courteous and efficient. The installation was quickly done. The system is user friendly. Harrison, their point man, was gracious and very knowledgeable. His instructions on using the system were crystal clear. He even connected our devices for remote operation. He was patient and made extra trips to help us.

We recently had an alarm system installed and not only do we have peace of mind but the entire process was so easy! Harrison was very polite and such a pleasure to work with!
