I've been an ADT customer for the past 3+ years. I must tell everyone that ADT is one of few that has gotten excellent customer services right. My service technician, Cory, resolved my issue to my satisfaction. From start to completion of needed services, everyone I spoke with in ADT about my device issues, handled my call for service in the most professional manner I could have expected.
