Johns Brothers is a great company. This is my second home install for a security system. Tiffany, sales manager, answered all of my questions quickly and with patience. She always responds to me with any concerns I might have. She is a delight to work with. Raymond, installation tech, arrived on time. He was respectful and patient. He installed the system with great care and took the time to walk through the all the features on the system with me. A camera glitch was rectified quickly the next day by another install tech with the same respect and patience. I have called the office with questions and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to speak to a real live person. This service has become a rarity in our technical society. It can be scary to give a company control of your most precious, most important possessions, your family and your home but have confidence in that Johns Brothers will take care of you and your world.
