I’d like to share my wonderful experience with Beth Nickels with my local ADT office. She was able to get an updated ADT security system that would coordinate with my older system. She kept in touch with me, explained what I was getting for the update, the cost, and the equipment. She helped everything run smoothly and efficiently. She even called a few times to see if I was happy and if I had any questions. I’m so grateful for her help, knowledge, professionalism, and kindness that I just can’t praise her enough for everything she helped with. Thank you Beth and thank you ADT for having such a spectacular employee!!!

From the first initial meeting with the best corporate sales representative Brad and his professional ability to relate and understand me and my families concerns regarding our home security was outstanding. To the instillation from one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have ever encountered was one of the best in home appointments I have experienced since being a home owner. They say “happy wife happy life” but the home visit was not just incredibly professional but in all honesty unexpectedly 5 star that even if my wife found anything to complain about the service I would have had to play my dad card and over rule the First Lady. As being a past door to door representative I very much understand and respect the daily mission to pursue a sale even at times when it’s not needed and to the highest price if possible. So I say that to say this Brad not only help my family save money on a product we were willing to purchase no matter the representative but he also was very informative to any and all the questions me and my wife had and to end it all I would refer these two gentlemen and the company they represent to anyone I know.
