Reliable home technology” is the most misleading name for this company. We signed up for their services because we thought we could trust them and turns out they are frauds. We had our business broken into and this security system they installed didn’t go off, the burglars had all the time in the world to break in and steal whatever they wanted. The local authorities were not notified. WORTHLESS. If you want to protect your business or home or any valuables DO NOT use this company. Completely unreliable and useless, if you’re in the market for worthless security then this is your company. Thank you guys for misleading your customers and having state of the art technology. The business owner was supposed to reach out to us and still has yet to do so. This is a representation of what this company offers and is all about. I strongly recommend you get ANY other type of security.

Andrew came out to our house today and was extremely friendly. His knowledge and expertise was second to none and the quality of his work was extremely professional. He hooked up our home within about an hour and a half and we have a 3000 sf house. The touch screen pad that he installed is easy to use and dump-proof. I am completely satisfied with the work that Reliable Home Security performed at our home today and would recommend them to anyone.

The installation of the Reliable system was very organized. Andrew was extremely efficient and very polite. He took time to explain the options available. He was careful to make sure that we understood the workings of the Touchscreen, the phone and the computer website. He did a good job making sure we understood our contract. Very thorough!
