Excellent service. Responded to telephone call promptly. Came on site when they said they would and did the repair work without delay. Personnel very courteous and worked hard to do the job with minimum mess. Perticularly James. One point, if you expect a significant senior discount, you'll be surprised. My bill was over $900 and the discount was $5.

2nd time I have used Genes services, and I will use them again, it's a real pleasure. Best price, very nice people! From the time I called until the job was finished was less than 2 hours. Most Excellent services, call Gene's you won't be sorry.
