I called Tuesday morning and was told a plumber would be at my home shortly. Their tech, "James Hughan" was on time, fixed my plugged up toilets in no time at all. Very professional, courteous, and respectful. I have never used this company before and plan on using them again if the need arises. Outstanding company. 5 stars all the way! Thank you James. I highly recommend Pro Rooter & Septic. James arrived 20 minutes after I called about my backed up bathroom sinks and bathtub. He really is a PRO and was able to resolve all the issues in almost no time!
