From the first call until the final contact, this was by far the best experience I have ever had by far, they were always on time, kept me informed every step of the process and broke everything down to the letter to make sure that I understood everything that was going on and needed to be done. I was considered with the price and that I wouldn't be able to affect it but they worked with me to put my mind at ease. Extremely professional, kind and straight forward. If they didn't have an answer they told me they would get it for me and did it in a very timely matter. I never had to wait for them. Every time they gave me a time, they were here on time and even early. I guarantee that I will always call them first for any services that I need and I highly recommend them hands down!! I would definitely recommend getting Mike and his crew to do your septic work. South Texas Grease retrieval is very honest on their prices and they will make sure the job is done correctly. All of the guys were very courteous and respectful and easy to talk to when I had a question. I felt that they went over and beyond in getting the job done despite the weather and everything they encountered with my old septic tank! Would give them more stars if I could! Awesome job.

Mike and his crew at South Texas Grease Retrieval are amazing! He has never let me down anytime I have needed him to come out and help me with my septic system. He even came out on an emergency call Christmas eve and took care of us when no one else would. Also his pricing is totally reasonable. Mike runs a great company with awesome ethics.
