Body and Soul is a true hidden gem in Coral Springs! I came in with my mother-in-law for pedicures and foot reflexology, and we had such a relaxing, wonderful experience. Ina greeted us right away with warmth and made sure we were well taken care of. Kelsi was amazing—super sweet, professional, and gave us such a calming pedicure experience. Cat handled the foot reflexology and was fantastic—30 minutes was great! I’ll definitely book a full hour next time. The whole spa has a peaceful vibe, and the staff really makes you feel at home. Can’t wait to come back for a facial. Highly recommend!

Body and soul retreat is by far the best all around. Beautiful and clean spaces and so peaceful. The monthly membership is so affordable and so worth every penny. The staff and massage therapists are the best of the best. I’ve never had a bad experience. They offer a variety of treatments to meet your needs. Recently I had a massage with Stephanie and she was incredible. I will be requesting her as often as she is available ! FYI - this place is so worth it, I travel from Miami monthly just to be a member at body and soul retreat !!

This place is truly amazing ! I had reflexology and a facial done by Kat , what a professional!! I never thought a facial could be so nurturing, Kat's healing hands is beyond anything I have ever experienced. THANK YOU KAT for the outstanding treatments , I would give you more stars but they only allow 5 ;)

Michael was absolutely phenomenal. Hands down, this was the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. He intuitively knew exactly where to apply pressure and how to work through the tension in my muscles without making it feel overwhelming. His technique was both therapeutic and relaxing—he balanced firmness with just the right touch of care. I left feeling completely renewed, with noticeable relief in areas that had been tight and sore for weeks. Michael’s professionalism, skill, and attention to detail truly set him apart. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will definitely be returning.

What a great experience! From the minute you walk in the ladies upfront were amazing. My massage and facial were so relaxing, I feel brand new again! I was so pleased with the service, I became a member. See you all next month.
