2nd visit. I cannot recommend Katie enough for her amazing pedicure services! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Her attention to detail is unmatched—she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The spa-like atmosphere created was so calming, and her technique was both gentle and thorough. My feet have never felt so soft and refreshed! Katie’s professionalism and warm personality truly made the experience worth it. I absolutely love this spa! I drive 45 minutes to come here whenever I need to spoil myself! The teas are always delicious and the technicians are always so nice and knowledgeable! 10/10.

I had the pleasure of getting a full set of lashes done by Carlielynn and I couldn’t be happier! This is my first time and she made the entire experience so comfortable and easy. Her professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease and the outcome is absolutely stunning – I love my lashes I highly recommend Carlielynn to anyone looking for beautiful results and a relaxing experience. Kim was welcoming and asked all the questions you would want. After explaining I was on a long-distance motorcycle ride, she told me she rode herself and knew exactly what treatment and areas to target. This put me at ease and allowed me to relax even more knowing I was in great hands, pun intended. I could not have asked for a better experience and will visit again if I'm ever in the GB area again.

I had a massage with James and it was AMAZING. If you respond well to deep tissue massage, this is the therapist to get established with. I am so picky with my therapists and he has never disappointed me. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will always remind you to breathe which I need help with!

Alli is such an amazing professional and really made me feel at ease with my first time getting a wax. Alli explained the process in depth and gave great instructions for after care. I absolutely recommend going to Arabella for any needs as everyone was so nice.

I had Allison for a wax and not only did she do an amazing job, but she made me feel so comfortable during the process. She explained every step before she did it and clearly went over after care. Definitely rebooking with Allison!

I have been going to Arabella now for 7 years! Michaela is wonderful! She is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable when getting procedures done. I have done the hair laser removal treatment and highly recommend it!
